Ordered product December 22nd. It is now January 2 and no order has arrived. Tracking through "Shop" is useless. Sent an email to their "help" address with my order number - no response at all. My credit card has already been charged and no products. This appears to be a huge scam. I'm out my money with nothing to show for it. Will be contacting the BBB.

I placed an order two weeks ago on Dec 14th for the mature skin and eczema cream. I was also charged 2 weeks ago for the products. My order confirmation states that the product will ship on Dec 15th. The website claims shipping is 2-5 business days. I have reached out to Frøya customer support via the email as there is no phone number on the site to contact an actual person. I continually get a generic response saying they are diligently working on the order but despite specific questions as to when the product will be shipped, I only get the same generic response. This seems to be a scam and while the product gets good reviews, I’m wondering how people got the product to begin with, and will be contacting my credit card company on Monday if the product does not ship this weekend. While I understand delays, I should be able to get a response as to when the product will be shipped - minimally. Something is not right here.

DO NOT BUY. These products wrecked my skin and they refused to refund my money despite having a terrible reaction to their products. I posted a one star honest review on a specific product on here and not even 20 minutes later I had an email from their customer service asking me if I would take down or change my review in exchange for a refund. DO NOT BUY and do not trust all the positive reviews. EDIT: I did supply them with pictures that clearly showed how badly these products affected my skin. They literally did not care. Not an ounce of caring was had in their reply after I shared those pictures. Not an “oh I’m so sorry that this happened” nothing like that. They did not seem to care what there product's did until I shared my experience with others.

Ordered 8 days ago. No shipping info. No response to my emails. Thinking I need to dispute the charge ???

I realized a couple of days in that their products for mature skin were irritating my skin. I asked for a refund because they claim to offer a money back guarantee. That's when I learned you had to use their products for 60 days and take pictures during your use. Why would I keep using a product that was making my skin irritated? When I asked them if them to show me the articles mentioned on their website theoretically endorsing their product, they sent me two links: one was a verbatim copy of their press release and the other was a round-up article on natural skin care. They claim on their website that people see results within days, but when I contacted one of the influencers shilling the products, I was told that it took at least a month to "repair your skin barrier". I feel stupid that I was taken in by their deceptive advertising. Now they delete my questions comments on their posts. It's always a mistake to buy a product that the manufacturer claims is always selling out but which they are selling at a discount. Don't make my mistake and spend $149 on a bunch of products that are nowhere near that value. There are plenty of other natural products that are available at a fraction of the cost.

My results were terrible. Ended up with contact dermatitis after five days of use. The eczema ointment only made this worse. Tried using again in two weeks with the same results only more dermatitis. Can't get a refund because 60 days aren't up. Just because it's organic doesn't make it perfect. Follow up. They made an "exception" for me, but I received a refund on the mature skin system but not on the eczema stopper. Their policy is to only refund one item per order! Let the buyer beware. They also asked me to remove this review, "every review matters because customers are super conscientious about looking at all the reviews before buying". I cannot honestly recommend the products nor laud the customer service.

SCAM!! Do not buy! No difference in my skin and the money back guarantee is a complete scam!

Froya organics is a scam I ordered my products on November 25. I contacted them not receiving my products and costumer service told me that it was delivered on December the 1 at 10:30am I checked with my neighbors and no one received my package. Yesterday contacted Froya organics and they stated that they have no record of my order. I have a statement from my bank that I paid for this product. Now I have product or money. They are a scam I asked for a picture from fed ex trackage numbers or door tag could not provide it is a scam women don’t buy from froya organics I’ve received no money
