I made a purchase from Froya Organics…
I made a purchase from Froya Organics before I left for a dentist appointment, then found out I needed over $1000 worth of treatments. I hurried and contacted customer service. They were quick to cancel my order and do so politely! When I have the money, I will purchase because of the way this all was handled so promptly and professionally! Thank you!!

I placed an order to the wrong address
I placed an order to the wrong address. I contacted the seller immediately and their customer service was excellent! The address has been corrected and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Received a broken jar in my first…
Received a broken jar in my first shipment. I contacted customer support and within hours I had a response with a replacement ordered! Very helpful and friendly customer service.
