I’ve taken delivery of the mature skin system that consists of 4 pots. My problem is the product is the same in 3 of the pots, its smell,colour and consistency appear identical. Very disappointed.

Buyer be aware! Read their 60 days guarantee policy before buying. This company is a scam. There is no money back guarantee. They say If you are not satisfied, you can send 3 pictures of yourself before and after 60 days of using their products and if approved , they will return your money just for one product, after receiving the products back. No matter how many were in the order, you will get a refund for one product only. Their night balm caused acne on my face. I emailed them my pictures before and after, but never heard back from them. Their fake advertisement is all over the internet , so I am going to file a consumer complaint and write my feedback on all social media platforms to make people aware. Stay away from this company.

I am responding to Flora organics response. I ordered it on Saturday morning did not order twice. They told me it was sent out. I called FedEx and it has not even been picked up. I canceled the whole order and I am not going to accept delivery. They refuse to respond to me I canceled it have sent numerous emails and there’s no phone number or anything to get in touch with them. I ordered through PayPal it was a one time payment I did not order twice. If they would take the time to email, maybe we could work this out.

Understandable that the shipment was late due to the Canadian postal strike, but then to receive no notification of delivery. Once delivered, extra charges were incurred, which I had to pay. Communicating with Froya there was no remorse for the late delivery or extra charges. The tone in which I was dealt was very poor and unprofessional. Would not recommend if you have to deal with their poor client service.

I reached out to customer service for a return based on the product, causing harm to my skin. When I did not hear back from them, I knew that time was of the essence and I need to return my item so I looked up their address and returned the item to the location I found on their website. I kept a tracking that confirmed that the item was received at their location. I never received a refund, So I contacted the company to issue that. I provided proof of my shipping the return as well as it having been received. I have still not heard that I will receive a full refund. So before you purchase from this company, I would consider other others that actually will follow through on their refund policy.

Purchased a set from them and set shipping to Germany. Package was never delivered due to them writing out the postal code wrong, returned to sender. I reach out to them asking for a refund as I was leaving the country and was not sure it would be delivered in time. Didn’t respond to me, then when I reached out again asking for refund they said “oh we shipped another out, don’t worry about delays”, despite right underneath the tracking info it said “expect delays”. Package still wasn’t delivered and reached out again asking for refund. They said go pick it up at the nearby post office. I went there and they said I had to pay €31 for the shipping. No one informed me I would have to pay or asked my permission to ship something out despite shipping cost when they originally charged me 10€ to ship it to Germany in the first place. I have asked for multiple refunds because of this situation and at one point I was told I was out of the 60-day money back guarantee, which is ridiculous because it took them so long to ship and I never even received it. All I want is a refund because I tried to cancel the order when issues first started and they ignored my request and cost themselves more money shipping out another set despite me asking to cancel and get refunded.

Ordered the products 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped. Emailed to cancel but was told it shipped so they couldn’t help me. FedEx says a label was made 3 days ago but the products still haven’t shipped. I will contact them again tomorrow but I am more than disappointed with the level of service. Has anyone else had this problem?

RUN!!! Do not buy! Terrible product and customer service!
