it's only been a week but it was a lovely week
it's only been a week so far so not much to say but I love the smell, love the quality of the products. I feel that they work well to heal my skin. I had a very irritated spot under my eye that was red and crusty and that softened and disappeared.

I needed to cancel an order that was on…
I needed to cancel an order that was on autoship. The money was already deducted from my bank account but the order had not yet shipped from the warehouse. I emailed Froya and received a reply within 2 days. The next day I received another reply along with my refund. The person emailing me was very pleasant, professional and handled my request quickly.

I love the products so far.......
I love the products so far, after using the face scrub for the 1st time, I thought it a tad strange, but as soon as I rinsed my face, my skin felt insanely soft! I just didn't expect it, because it doesn't lather up or anything, after rubbing my face with it for 1 minute ,then applying the blemish spot remover,then the day glow, my friend commented on how fresh my face looked, after just 1 week! So I have now ordered the dark eyes and bags balm, I have high hopes for it as my bags are quite bad! The products are super potent, and you can smell they are herbal. Only draw back is the pots are quite small for the price, not the usual 50ml and having to wait so long for the order, are you based in USA??? As i thought the products were sourced in the mountains of Norway? I just worry about the carbon footprint 👣 of sourcing the flowers from Norway 🇳🇴 flying it to the USA 🇺🇸, then delivery it to the uk 🇬🇧 where I live. But apart from that, I love the products, just wish you were based nearer!

I accidentally placed an order…
I accidentally placed an order recently. I truly want to purchase the product and fully intend to do so, but since it’s quite pricey, I need some time to save up first. After placing the order, I emailed the Froyer Team to request a cancellation. Their automated response mentioned that I would hear back during working hours, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation of the cancellation over the weekend. I really appreciated the prompt response and excellent customer service. Thanks again.
