Outstanding products & customer support
I've been ordering these products for a while. I love them. Recently I received one that had a bit of a production issue as happens sometimes. I contacted customer support and with absolutely zero hassle was sent a replacement which is perfect. It's rare to see this level of quality and customer support these days. I'm loyal to this brand!

Impressed and pleased
The balm feels soft and silky on my skin without being sticky. My face feels smooth and hydrated.

I’m honestly so excited about the…
I’m honestly so excited about the results I’ve seen! My hair has noticeably less fallout, looks shinier, and has definitely grown longer. I’m still a bit concerned about one stubborn spot at my hairline that hasn’t improved yet—I’m wondering if I’m using the oil the right way, since it seems to sit on my scalp rather than absorb fully. But the skincare? Absolutely AMAZING. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I was hesitant at first, but I decided to take a chance during the Black Friday sale—and I’m so glad I did! No irritation at all, and my skin is visibly smoother, softer, and just feels healthier overall.

Hey Cristie! Wow, less fallout, shinier, AND longer hair? That's incredible progress! For the stubborn spot, try massaging the oil in with your fingertips in small circles so it really gets into the scalp instead of sitting on top. That usually helps with absorption. Love these products
Love these products! Having 52 year old skin concerns, this stuff cleared it up. My wrinkles and fine lines are barely noticeable.

I had such a great experience with Froya’s customer service team, especially “VN.” My order had already been processed but hadn’t shipped yet, and they still went out of their way to make sure it was canceled for me. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping—not just making a sale. It honestly meant a lot that they took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly, especially knowing I already had more product than I needed. Great products
Great products! Love the fact it’s all natural, and you need very little. Been using it for just over a week and my skin feels awesome. Using the evening balm for wrinkles and the day glow balm. Both fantastic. Got my partner the blemish balm as he suffers with rosacea, and he’s also loving it. Recommended to loads of friends and told them all products get 100% on Yuka. Thank you!

Naturally transforming my skin from surviving to thriving
The delivery was faster than expected, the balm for sensitive itchy skin is brilliant, my skin feels cared for after nearly 10 years of neglect since a road traffic crash - I just didn't remember to look after my skin. I am delighted that only natural plants have been used, as I am growing a medical garden,as I am allergic to most pharmaceutical medications. My skin feels energised and awake again.
