The customer support was phenomenal! I used the anti aging set of for three days. Unfortunately, it turns out that I have an allergy to one of the ingredients in the balms. I developed redness and itching to the areas that it was applied. I wrote them an email describing my symptoms. It was answered by a Chatbot but it was immediately forwarded to a live person who was very helpful. Even though I could not locate my order number for the product, the representative located the order via my email and within MINUTES, I had a refund. I was told to keep the products and pass them on to someone who may be able to use them.

I couldn’t find anything that helped with hormonal cystic acne. My skin cleared and stayed clear within a couple weeks with Froya! It is a world of a difference and I am going on almost a year of maintaining clear skin. The only thing that has not gotten better is the redness of my cheeks that also seems to be hormonal since I never had before 2 years ago. I have accepted there may not be something to clear that up.
