The customer service here is delightful. I got a reaction to the product and though I was not able to continue using it I was given my money back and told to keep the product and give it to someone that may be able to use it. I really appreciate their understanding of the fact that not all skin is built the same. Thank you Froya!

Great product... beautiful packaging...lots of interesting information around my purchase. Not cheap...but well worth the extra for the great feel on your skin...only slight issue was how long it took to arrive but that just might have been the UK postal service. Recommended giving the products a go and feel like you are spoiling yourself.

I love Froya products! Not just because their balms feel amazing and their packaging is beautiful, but because their products actually do what they claim and quickly!! Their customer service is greatly helpful and human when you need them. I definitely feel a trust and faith in them and their products. The owner, Line is a doll and so personable as well. She really cares :)
