The products are amazing and customer…
The products are amazing and customer service was truly helpful in refunding a subscription that had gone through although I wasn’t ready to order. They were able to refund me due to my circumstances and I will happily order more when the timing is right.

Polite and responsive
After i thought i had ended by subscription for Froya a received notice that new products had already shipped. I asked if the new shipment could be cancelled and they were able to do so, and were polite and professional in all correspondence.

Amazing product!
I have been using Froya’s products for several months and I love it! I have spent a lot of money on other products but this by far is a keeper. I love what they stand for, I love the product and customer service is absolutely amazing which is very important for all us consumers. No run around, immediate response and immediate resolution!
