Ultra Fast Relief Balm has been a life changer for me. Within a few days of use, my skin hasn't felt this good in about a year. I look forward to continued use of all of their products!

Excellent customer service and product
I had an order marked as delivered but I never received it. I reached out to Froya customer service and JK advised me what to do. After exhausting my search, I filed a complaint with my USPS and sent a copy to JK. JK offered to resubmit my shipment. I am happy to say I received the 2nd shipment and am so very grateful for the excellent customer service received. This is such a great product and company! Sincerely, CA

Top tier products and customer service
Both of my customer service interactions have been top tier! Most recently, JK helped me and was so kind and quick to resolve my issue. On top of the customer service team the products are superior! I use the magic eraser night balm and its so luxurious and has helped me get through this dry winter season.

I love the product
I love the product, the quick and efficient responsive team who assisted with membership/ subscription support. My friend recommended your brand after I complimented her skin because she was glowing. I struggle with rosacea, a fairly new skin condition that I never dealt with before. And I am pleased to say that I also have been getting compliments on my skin. Its smoother, hydrated, and the redness has gone down significantly. Thank you! The only co structure criticism I have it the subscription login verses regular account login. I dont know why its 2 separate things and why the subscription one is "hidden". Thats why I reached out for customer support. They were very quick to assist, but I think it should be easier to find the "unsubscribe" button. -Angela

I absolutely love this product
I absolutely love this product. I love the authenticity thats rare to find in even a so called holistic and transparent companies in the USA. I love the tutorials and trainings you provide. I only was able to so far get through 2. Hopefully I can finish the other ones. Thank you so much for the true gift of products that can provide radiant healthy beauty for our outer organ-skin. It does line up with company and founders inner beauty. Beautiful women. Beautiful accents. Please never sell out. People will ALWAYS try to market pureness while contaminating it for profit.❤️

I have been suffering with Rosacea and…
I have been suffering with Rosacea and the bumps for about 9 years. The prescription meds would help but everyday there would be more. I’ve only been using Fröya for 1 week and my skin has calmed down 90% at least and no breakouts. This product is beautiful and my skin is so soft already, even my husband has commented that the skin on my face has this glow about it!

Very good company and excellent customer service
I ordered the face ointment but it didn’t suit my skin, customer service was prompt and I received a refund immediately without having to return the product. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.
