Used for a full 30 days and my skin is looking duller and dark circles much worse also causing acne that I’ve never had, clogged pores. I sent them my before and day 30 pics which clearly shows how much worse my skin looks. Even if the acne is “purging” my skin should not look so dull and dark circles significantly worse. They said I have to use it for another 30 days, even though my skin is clearly worse, before honoring their guarantee. They shouldn’t want customers to continue something that they can show is making their skin worse. So many other reviews state they didn’t honor the guarantee even after the 60 days so I’m left to decide if it’s worth trying to continue something even if I may not get them to honor the guarantee. The photos after a full month of use should be sufficient to offer the guarantee and not pressure me to continue. Edit: in regards to your response, Frøya I did already reach out to customer service and they just reiterated that I must use for another month. They didn’t offer other options.

Not good at all. Placed order on May 9, still hasn’t shipped. Their website is just awful, keeps spinning and doesn’t let me cancel or change my subscription. I don’t want the product anymore because I need to buy somewhere else since I’m out of skincare products. Very disappointing for a Norwegian company! Do better Froya! That said, it’s crucial to communicate proactively with your clients. Keep people informed about delays—transparency builds trust. It benefits both your company and your customers. Don’t wait for negative feedback to start reacting. I will give my feedback about the products.

I actually really liked the product but will never be buying it again. Frøya said I had signed up for a monthly subscription which I did not. They reissued my order & took money from my account without my authority. I am very disappointed by the back & forth emails from them & the accusatory tone of their emails. I am very upset by the whole experience. They just emailed to say they are refunding my account but we’ll see. I wish I had never come across this company on instagram.

The reviews can't be accurate. This product is positively disgusting. It sits on skin thick and greasy and waxy. It never absorbs, not in days does it go away. You have to scrub the stuff off your face. And all the formula are exactly the same, daytime isn't less greasy or waxy thick than evening. It's VERY similar to Chapstick. And they DEFINITELY don't offer a money back guarantee. THAT'S a lie. I'll be reporting to the BBB.

First thing is that I purchased 2 different things the skin care line for ageing skin And the other thing was for eczema I got the subscription package Suddenly 2 weeks later after receiving it I got an email saying that my subscription was renewing in 2 days, I know for a fact I had chosen the longest subscription but here’s this email saying otherwise. So I emailed them, but was told they are closed until the next day? Ok and sent a link to change it myself, after 3 tries to get into the website I was able to change it. Then I got an email 2 hours later saying my subscription would be charged in 2 days again. So the website isn’t working. And they are not open at noon on a Sunday. After multiple attempts to change the subscription it will not allow me to change anything It is a complete scam. They clearly do not want you to change anything because it just reverts back to the original subscription. Also when i asked them to change it for me because it’s not working they sent me a link again that won’t even load it just keeps spinning. 10 emails later im over it now. This is horrible customer service and their products are not so miraculous so I don’t know what everyone is going on about, overpriced and the run around of the century. No thanks I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Don’t get a subscription for these products if you still feel like wasting your money. Pick something else that’s not a some overnight social media sensation… the customer service speaks for itself that’s how you can tell it’s scammy. Very disappointing..

Pissed off. Order placed April 7, 2025. It hasn’t even shipped yet. I haven’t received a single email notification regarding the delay. I’ve reached out three times and get an automated reply due to high demand etc. Yet they’re still selling the very product that I’m waiting to ship. Why not update the customer when they hope to be able to fill by. Poor customer care. Terrible business plan if you can’t fill orders or even update the buyer with when you’ll have the product ready to ship. May have great products but can’t run a business.

The company broadly advertises a 60 day return window, however, the fine print says that for unopened packages returns are accepted in 14 days. I requested the return on day 19 (presuming the 60 day window) and the return was denied. I’ve read that several people are finding it difficult to get refunds. They do not stand behind their product. In their reply they state a return window of 14 days, but they are not clear about that and advertise widely a return window of 60 days. I can only say this reinforces their abhorrent customer service - they don’t deserve your money. When I asked in email for the name of a person to speak with, the response was “my name is Froya.” Beyond disdainful…

The product is greasy and does not absorb into the skin. I spend a lot of time outside and cannot wear the Anti Age & Insane Glow Day Balm as it intensifies the sun rays. Also, the part of the name "Insane Glow" is accurate, it does not look natural, especially on an older woman. I would not recommend this product.
