I received an email about starting my masterclass but I had received the product yet. I was not home and actually the product had been delivered. Jason was concerned that it had been misplaced or delivered to the incorrect address and gave me all the info I needed to track it. It was in fact at my house. Additionally, I was inquiring about product use length and shipping so I would know when I would need to reorder which he answered with great information
