Positive surprise
Very positive surpise by the magic eraser night balm. It is helping to smoothen my face like no other product before. It is enabling to keep and distribute the moisture as well on my dry skin on arms. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this!

Needed to cancel an order
I received an order confirmation email, however I thought I had postponed my order as I did not need more product yet, so, I emailed the team right away requesting a cancelation and they promptly got back to me and were able to follow through with the cancelation. Very appreciative of their quickness and no back and forth questioning, just kindly executing my request. I absolutely love the products, and the help team is great too, so overall this company is winning! Thank you!

Customer service is 5 star.
I purchased the Magic Wrinkle eraser night balm and the anti age and insane glow day balm after reviewing. Upon applying the night balm for the very first time, I knew it wasn't for me. I have sensitive skin that immediately reacts if not for me. I contacted support and provided pictures. The next day, a full refund was given without asking for it. Whilst he product wasn't for me and I can't give a review. The customer service is amazing and the speed in which they resolved the situation, shows that they care about their customers.

Froya Organics feels wonderful all day long, my sensitive skin feels very nurtured! The bright warm colour of the products are surprising at first and when applied add a beautiful healthy soft glow.
