I receive an email almost immediately after sending my original message. Either AI is evolving or I actually spoke with a real person. The reply was not only helpful and answered my question, it was not scripted and I greatly appreciated that.

Jason on Froya's custom service team was helpful, responsive, kind, and understanding. He addressed my request in a timely manner with kind words and demonstrated bias for action and earn trust with me as a customer. I canceled my subscription as I decided the products were not improving my skin and made it feel greasy.

Wrong product received- resolved immediately!
