Great company with great products - make my skin feel so nourished, especially as I suffer from dry skin. I forgot to cancel the subscription as I still have some product from my first order and emailed the company to cancel the order straight away. They were super understanding and so fast at responding (almost immediately!) and cancelled my order, issuing a full refund.
