AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They are deliberately advertising to vulnerable seniors. My mother was tricked into a subscription service. The price increased from one month to the next, and she didn't even know it was happening. The company makes it almost impossible to contact them and ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get a "guaranteed" refund. Many customers have shared on Reddit that they were never successful in obtaining their refund. So far, my mom hasn't received hers either. This is a predatory company that is advertising falsely on several levels.

I have bought three products online almost a month ago, got a promise of speedy shipping and never heard from them again, apart from daily spam, no updates on my order. The only way of communication is their AI email support, which was giving me false estimates every time I reached out. Had to cancel my order

Be VERY careful. I have made a purchase, they changed it into subscription. Paypal could not furnish the proof that I have re-ordered (as there was no one) and yet they refused to reimburse. Communication with the company is horrible. The KNORR LLC under which it operates does not have its own customer service. Horrible experience. Which is unfortunate because I might have purchase from them in the future, being organic and all, but changing my order into a SUBSCRIPTION is borderline crime. And I will continue talking about it to BBB and everywhere else.

Purchased the products. They're ok...not the greatest but have held out hope. Did not plan to reorder the entire set. But received an email that my card was being charged for another full set as part of my Subscription. I don't want to reorder and did not sign up for a subscription. Their website will not let me cancel and there is no phone number to call. They are not responding to my emails so I will now have to reach out to other means, including cancelling with my bank card and possibly taking matters up with the BBB and local Texas business authorities, where they are based. Such a bummer and shame on me for buying into this hype!!!

I made my order on 28/06/25 with delivery estimate of 3-5 [working?] days and as of today 13/07 I haven't even had a dispatch email! I have however been bombarded by marketing emails with special discounts on MORE orders. Why would I order more when I've not even received my first order. I've emailed and had no reply - but yes more marketing emails! So frustrating, to the point that I've had to start a dispute on PayPal. I won't be a returning customer.

Bought online over a week ago and haven't heard anything since they took my money

I know the red flags seem super obvious. Unfortunately without researching I ordered a full set and signed up for subscription. Liked the products and bought a couple separately but didn’t love the whole set and decided to cancel my subscription. Unable to do so in my account because they’ll only allow you to cancel after charging you for a full second order. Emailed the company with my specific order number, they assured me that they canceled my subscription and added a little smiley emoji. Went to check and they’d canceled the subscription for an individual product and left the order I’d emailed them about untouched. I’m not even asking for a refund, I just don’t want to buy a whole separate set of products that I won’t use.
