As the beeswax warms and cools, some of its natural components can form small crystals. While this is completely harmless and does not affect the product's safety or effectiveness, we completely understand that the texture isn't what you'd expect. Regarding the staining, we'd recommend allowing the Day Balm to absorb fully before it comes into contact with clothing or bedding. However, it's also worth mentioning that our Night Balm does not contain the ingredient responsible for the natural glow, so it shouldn't cause the same issue. We completely understand why this was frustrating, especially since you contacted us so soon after receiving your renewal notification. Please know this wasn't a matter of us not wanting to help. We answer all customer requests in the order they are received, and by the time one of our agents was able to review your message, your order had already left our warehouse. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately lose the ability to stop, retrieve, or cancel it. If it had still been in our control, cancelling it would have been the simplest solution for both you and us. We also understand your concerns regarding the subscription.
