Susan, this made us so happy to read!! The fact that you've ditched the chemical serums and your complexion is looking better than ever is exactly what we love to hear. Our products are made with natural ingredients that actually work, and it sounds like your skin is loving them. Thank you for the kind words about our team too! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I emailed on a Sunday and had a quick response! Amazing! I do like this product and it is hard to pay for it, but I make the sacrifice because I am 68 and trying not to look like an old lady because I am still in the work force. Thank you for spreading out delivery/charges so that I can continue using Froya!

I had really good customer experience…
I had really good customer experience because unfortunatly a subscription had been started when I bought the first 2 products at the beginning of the year- I don't know how it happened as I never have subscriptions. Anyway suddenly money was taken and an email confirmed that my subsvritpion had just taken place. I panicked and contacted customer support - yes it is an AI support but they had my request for a full refund and I went onto the site and cancelled the subscription (with the date that it started that same day?). Anyway early hours I had an email to confirm I had received a full refund. What a relief as it is expensive. That saying I have the 4 product pack. I really think the products are very good quality and worth the price. I have rosecea and it helps to protect my skin in the winter and the products don't irritate my skin. A little product goes a long way. I will purchase from this company again and triple check the suscription feature (again). Thank you Anjelika at Customer support.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 7, 2026
Hey Carrie! So glad the refund came through quickly and that the whole experience was stress free in the end. I'll make sure Anjelika sees your shoutout, she'll love it! And it's so great to hear the products are working well for your rosacea and keeping your skin protected through winter. We're really happy you're sticking with us. Thank you for this detailed review!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
