Excellent customer service
Jason was absolutely first class. There was an issue with the delivery of my Froya products and Jason stayed on the case until it was resolved. He kept me well informed of the state of play and when it was finally clear that the goods had been lost in transit, Jason offered me the option of a full refund or a replacement. When I sent my reply he acted on it immediately. That is rare and a welcome change in online purchasing. Thank you, Jason!

Good Customer Service
I’m really enjoying the Froya products particularly for how long they last. It was due to the long lasting product that I needed help adjusting my subscription and Jason was quick to assist even on a Sunday. Thanks Jason/Froya!
