I've been using the facial profucts for about 2 weeks now. My sensitive skin feels great, no irritation of any kind. So far, very happy with the purchase. Thank you!

Hey Galina! That's so great to hear!! Especially with sensitive skin, it can be nerve-wracking trying new products, so I'm really glad everything feels good and there's been zero irritation. Keep at it and I think you'll keep seeing great things. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I wanted to cancel an order that had already been processed because I had plenty of product at the time. Anjelika and the customer support team were amazing! She responded quickly, kept me up to date, and was above and beyond friendly through the process. To me, it’s more than just the product that makes a great company, it’s the people. Frøya Organics is a great company!

Joanna, wow. This one really hit home for us. I'll make sure Anjelika sees this because she deserves all the credit! We genuinely believe it's the people behind the brand that matter most, so the fact that you feel that too means everything. Thank you for being so kind and for trusting us with your skincare. We're here whenever you need us 😊 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Vero
I initially had an issue with my order, and although the situation was a bit confusing at first, the support I received made a big difference. AR was very kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process, and my refund was ultimately handled successfully. It was honestly very relieving to feel accompanied and supported as a customer, especially when something unexpected happens. Their prompt responsiveness and willingness to help made a big difference What I appreciated most was the feeling of being truly supported and taken seriously as a customer. That care and follow through meant a lot to me and helped turn a stressful situation into a much more positive experience. This kind of customer service really reflects the values behind the brand and gives me confidence in continuing my experience with Freya. Thank you to AR and the team for the thoughtful assistance.

Vero, I honestly don't even know where to start with this one. Thank you so much for taking the time to write all of this. I'm sorry things were confusing at first, but I'm so glad AR and the team were able to turn it around for you. Making sure our customers feel supported and taken seriously is the whole point of what we do, and reading that you actually felt that way is the best thing I've heard all day. We're really happy to have you with us ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
