I had a query about my order, where it appeared that what was being sent was not what I had ordered. After it had been checked, I was assured that the order being sent corrisponded . I was very impressed with the rapidity, I received a first reply within minutes and it was sorted out in under an hour. The Froya products really do what they promise and their customer service is efficient and courteous .

Would absolutely recommend Froya Organics products. Not only are their products top notch, their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with a recurring order and they responded and resolved my issue within 10 minutes via email conversations! Just Wow! So wonderful. The products themselves leave my skin moisturized and glowy and feel so good on my skin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
