My name is Dashonda. Unfortunately my skin appeared to have an allergic reaction to some of the products. However, customer service with Jason along the way was seamless and effortless outside providing a brief description of my symptoms and a few photos.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 5, 2026
Hey Dashonda! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I'm really sorry to hear about the skin reaction, but so glad that Jason was able to take care of you quickly and make the whole process easy. That's exactly what we want, for things to feel seamless even when something doesn't work out perfectly. We always want to make sure you're looked after, so please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can help with. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I am actually getting what I am paying for (at a good price too!). The ingredients pure, potent, and natural. I have issues with combination skin and acne and live in Montana (cold winters, dry summers). My acne has decreased and begun to heal and bye-bye dry skin. My face has a healthy glow and my permanently red cheeks are diminishing! I can also use the face products on any trouble areas. Love how natural it is and female centered.
Response from Froya OrganicsApr 5, 2026
Jill, this is incredible to read!! The fact that you're seeing real results with your acne and dry skin, especially dealing with those Montana winters, that just makes me so happy. We put so much thought into keeping our ingredients pure and potent, so hearing that it actually shows up on your skin means everything. And yes, we love being female centered. Thank you so much for sharing this 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
