I've used this product, the day balm and it is too greasy/oily. And yes, I used it very sparingly. I used it for about 2 months and never saw any improvement in lines or redness or fading of any discoloration. It rubs off on bedding and smells horrible in my opinion. I could not use it and go in public with the smell. I got the subscription and you cannot cancel at any time. You have to purchase so much product before you can cancel. So you're potentially stuck with a smelly product that you can't use or give away. This company makes it very difficult to get out of the subscription. My recommendation is the product is ineffective and smells and is almost impossible to get out of the subscription. Don't purchase this product! Lots of other choices online that are natural and doesn't require a subscription to keep charging your credit card for a product that's not pleasant to use.

The worst. Tried several products over a period of months, developed tiny blackheads all over my face. Accidentally got a subscription for the face scrub and the skin balm. The face scrub was way too harsh and the skin balm had zero effect. Tried to cancel subscription but they said I couldn’t until I took a 2nd order of the products I can’t use and don’t like. Complete waste of money.

Your claims of this stuff erasing 10 years of aging in 5 days are absolutely false- your return and refund process is impossible - this whole thing smacks of being just another expensive scam.

I believe this company is a scam. They try to hook you into a subscription that they say you are free to cancel, but you're not. I tried to cancel the subscription anf they only lectured me on how bad a person I was for trying a subscription and then choosing to cancel. All the emails are auto-generated. Do not buy.

I received the mature skincare system, which seems to be basically the same ingredients in 3 of the pots, and a scrub which is essentially not usable. I've since seen other reviews about how the scrub isnt as advertised and contains mould so I've thrown it away. Its essentaily some rice flower and some crushed seeds and the others are just beeswax with some oil dropped in, the daily "glow" isnt anything apart from beta-carotene pigment. I can't see how what I've received is what's advertised, the products are so greasy that you can't even wear make up and have actually.made.my skin look worse. I looked closely at the social media and the "companies" and "inuencers" that mostly promote the brand are AI. Feel so stupid for being duped into this horrible company. They advertise as vegan too but use beeswax 🤦🏼‍♀️ Customer services is terrible, I can't tell if it's AI or workers who's first language isn't English becuase it's like they're either laughing at you or changing their story every 5 minutes- definitely wouldn't be rubbing this stuff all over my face if you can't trust a company to even give you polite customer service. Trying to say all the ingredients are fresh and hand picked from Norwegian mountainside, but it's just simply not the case, they can't even tell you where they source any of their products which are made in Bulgaria, and the company is in America and no sign whatsoever of a Norwegian office or production line. Wake up people, you're being scammed for products you could make yourself for pennies.

1) I subscribed for the Froya set of products for mature skin, to receive the best value. When my second order was due I noticed that the current online offers were actually cheaper! 2) The cleansing product is a shaker jar of dry sharp gravel. Its very harsh on the skin and even mixing it with water as instructed, I found it hard to use and most of it ended up in the sink. Feels like you're using sandpaper on your face. So i didn't use it. 3) I liked the other products in the set. However, A big disadvantage to the Froya brand is that the products all look and feel very oily/greasy on the skin and are very shiney. The day cream is actually yellow in colour, this is what Froya describes as ‘an instant glow’, . It’s not glowing skin, it’s pigment! 4) My second order (which I wasn't allowed to cancel ref Subscription) was, according to tracking, delivered on 29 July. This is the 20th August and I still haven't received it! I contacted Froya , the AI helper gave me a link to follow. This link didn't work. I went back to the AI bot and said that link doesn't work. The AI bot came back with a long paragraph informing me that the 'link wasn't working'! I contacted Froya support. There followed the most unhelpful, obstructive, bordering on rude thread of communication I have ever experienced when shopping on line. Froya expect their customers to chase the transport company they have a contract with! They refused any assistance unless I had a complaint number from the transport company. The complaint form on the transport company website didn't work either. I used it multiple times and still didn't receive a response OR complaint number from them!! Back to Froya, no assistance, no explanation either of their procedure or what they intended to do about it. I demanded a full refund of 139 euro and have now cancelled my subscription. Still waiting on a refund! So be warned.......

Update: The company are now withdrawing the offer to refund the scrub in full saying the (despite the product sent being a completely different product, in a different jar, with different ingredients) scrub IS the right one, it’s simply full of MOULD and that they can’t send another because there is a manufacturing issue with the scrub meaning they are full of MOULD. The advice given was to “pick the mould out and use the powder underneath” and that they’re unable to refund the scrub in full as it’s useable. Absolutely vile 🤢 ——————— I’d been sent a product that wasn’t advertised, which was included in the mature skin system. The website showed a pink rose and apricot scrub and I received something completely different containing big sharp lumps of elderberry, which I am allergic to. After requesting the correct product and being sent the wrong one again, I raised a query about how to go about getting the product that was advertised and the reason for the issue. As I’d bought the mature skincare system I asked how this affected the 60 guarantee as I wasn’t able to used the full system, and was told the 60 day guarantee wasn’t covered by “manufacturing issues”. I requested a full refund as I wasn’t able to use the full system due to the faulty product and was told they would only refund the scrub. I’d requested the correct product be sent so that I could continue to use the system to see results and they cancelled the subscription and refused to answer why it was they couldn’t ship the product that was advertised. So be careful what you’re putting on your face if you’re using the scrubs and have any allergies, you may not be receiving the product advertised on the website, very irresponsible, dishonest and suspicious. Avoid.

Froya Organics has extremely aggressive and off-putting marketing (buy before the tariffs go up! Robbers stole our products from our warehouse! Norwegian witches made these products! Better get them now before they sell out or prices go up!) who also makes it very difficult to cancel your subscription. After my experience with them, their constant aggressive solicitations, and the amount of product you get for the money, I then found it very difficult time to cancel my subscription. because of all of this, I gave up on them. It really doesn’t matter if the products are good if their selling techniques are so off-putting. I much prefer companies who also sell through regular beauty outlets and stores rather than only direct, to me it demonstrates more trustworthiness.
