Worst customer service ever. I ordered from Frøya Organics during their Labor Day promotion, which clearly advertised “Up to 46% OFF + 3 FREE GIFTS”. I purchased both hair care and a face care product specifically because of this offer. No gifts were included, and when I contacted customer service, they admitted they would not send them. Their response was dismissive, even after I showed screenshots of their own ads. They refused both gifts and a refund. This is fraudulent advertising and extremely poor customer service. I have filed a case with the FTC and BBB and reported this as false advertising to the relevant authorities. Consumers deserve honesty and transparency — this company has shown neither.

This is truly awful stuff. It is pure grease, sits on top of the skin and makes your hair greasy if it goes anywhere near your face. It smells like it might be off. I tried to do the 60 day trial but got to day 5 and just could not stand this stuff on my face anymore. YUK! BEWARE: THIS COMPANY IS NOT NORWEGIAN. EVERYTHING IS MADE AND SENT FROM TEXAS, U.S.

I bought the day and night cream in good faith after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, both creams caused terrible blistering to my skin and stained my clothing and pyjamas yellowy gold colour. I contacted customer service last week asking for a full refund. I was told what a 'bummer' my experience was and asked to send before and after photos. A bummer was an understatement and not professional or empathic at all. To add insult to injury l received an email today saying they only refund one item per order! WHAT A CON AND LACK OF CARE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED THEIR WONDERFUL PRODUCTS IN GOOD FAITH. EACH PRODUCT HAD DAMAGED AND BLISTERED MY SKIN TERRIBLY AND STAINED CLOTHING. I HAVE ASK FOR A FULL REFUND OF BOTH PRODUCTS BECAUSE BOTH OF THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED ARE NOT FIT FOR THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE.

I ordered the set online for 107,32 in June. A month later, without my realizing it, I had been charged another €139 for another set (which I did NOT order!) and today i was charged a further €139 by FROYA for something I did not order. I am now having to block my credit card. This company is a scam. They are not Norwegian, I have not found a list of the ingredients. The products are made in Bulgaria and the company is from Texas USA. BEWARE!!!!

I invested in this product because they made me believe that it would work. But after months of using it, I can promise you it does not work. I noticed no difference and it leaves my skin sticky at night and sticky in the morning. On top of that, the subscribe and save accidentally sent me an order that I didn’t mean to place and their customer service is atrocious. They won’t accept the items back. They are much better things to use for your skin. I would try beef tallow before I would ever do this again.

Trying to get a refund for products that arrived late and they keep delaying saying that it needs to be checked. Website claims a 12day return process and it’s been almost a month. Very frustrating. Now they say they have not received it after I put up this review. Honestly this company smacks of a grift - they are not Norwegian but based in the US. I would not recommend.

I really do not understand the great reviews of these products. They are terrible. It is like putting grease on your face. And their money back guarantee is a total lie. Instead of getting your money back they try to send you more products. So not buy from this company.

Awful service and false discount offers. The discount they advertised was not the discount they, in fact much less! When I emailed they gave few words answers and said they chatbot gave the wrong discount figures and was wrong as it's a bot!? Then why use it??!! They charge arm and leg anyway, so offers are when we want to try and see if they are what they say, but if on the on set they have false advertising or dodgy bot answers, how can you buy from them in the future??
