I use multiple Froya products the joint and muscle balm is amazing. The complete system for mature woman. Love that too. I was very excited to try the new arctic botanicals body balm when I received the package the wrong item was sent. All it took was a quick email letting their customer service know what happened. Within I think 3-4 days I had the correct product and was told to keep the hand softening balm as a gift. Amazing Products Amazing Customer Seevice.
