I placed an order on 26th Sept, still no delivery. Took them a week to look into it, still no answers, asked for a refund and they offered to reorder, today. One apology from several emails. Got a refund today. Customer service is shocking.

If you click on their website it can automatically review and charge you then if you want to return it takes 2 months plus to refund m.they really really mess about which is such a shame. If you are happy ots brilliant byt if anything is wrong its extremely hard but keep going as you will eventually get a refund 👍 They also remove negative reviews so they look 💯 positive

Do not use this company. Horrible customer service. Even if you cancel your subscription, they will continue to send product and debit your acct. Very disappointed

ho letto molte recensioni positive su questi prodotti... la mia opinione: il balsamo per le borse degli occhi è molto ricco e lascia la pelle morbida in un primo momento, ma dopo diverse ore sembra quasi che si secchi e le rughe si accentuino. Il profumo non è molto gradevole ma nemmeno troppo forte. Il balsamo notturno per le rughe non ha modificato in nulla le mie rughe .. anche lui più o meno stesso profumo, bello grasso ma non efficace. Tutto sommato magari riprenderei quello degli occhi, ma sicuramente non quello delle rughe. Adesso sono già diverse settimane che li uso... Aggiornamento 2026: Alla lunga ho smesso di usare quello degli occhi perché lì seccava di più. Quindi non ricomprerei nulla....

They do not cancel your subscription after you canceled it online yourself. I am still getting repeat charges of £95 and I am left to dispute it with no success.

I've tried multiple devices and browsers and I get an error message when trying to bring up this company's website. Google says it's a known issue. How do you make money if no one can access your website? Also, I have messaged them thru their Facebook page and on comments on their Facebook ads. Crickets. I have read reviews on Reddit that they are a huge scam. Stay away. I'll keep using the amazing products at Bambu Earth a legit company.

Month 2.5 and nothing but lines and wrinkles more heightened. This stuff is like putting the greasy, gluey beeswax preservatives used for waterproofing leather on your face. It smells weird and, although I've not had many pimples, it left me with acne on my chin, forehead, and cheeks. I did not try to get my money back because I did not want them posting my pictures online to sell the product. I would definitely not purchase this glop again. What they say is a scam. It is not a miracle balm, and it does not get rid of wrinkles. It makes them worse.
