Perfection
Every product I've tried so far is absolutely beautiful and feels so good on my skin. The products with juniper smell heavenly. Customer service is excellent - if anything gets flubbered with an order they respond immediately and resolve it completely.

Hey Kathy!! "Perfection" might be my favorite review title ever. So happy the juniper products are hitting just right for you, and that our team took care of things quickly whenever something got mixed up with an order. That's exactly how it should go. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Instant Blemish & Redness Stopper
I've only been using the Instant Blemish & Redness Stopper for a couple of weeks, but so far it has really seemed to help! It really does *almost* instantly stop my redness and help with acne...and by almost instantly, I mean within 20 - 30 minutes of application. That's pretty incredible! I love this stuff and will keep using it!!
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 30, 2026
Hi Courtney, this is such a fun one to read!! Hearing that the Blemish & Redness Stopper is working that fast for you, 20-30 minutes, wow, makes my day. Thank you for sticking with it and for sharing your experience! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I had mistakenly subscribed to Froya…
I had mistakenly subscribed to Froya organics facial balm and was still using the first batch when a new batch arrived. I did not need it and had not budgeted for it. j. Mick was fabulous with his customer service and helped me retune the items for a full refund.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 30, 2026
Hi Nicole, thanks so much for sharing this. I'm glad Mick could sort out the return and get you a full refund without any hassle, even though the subscription mix up wasn't what you wanted. We try to make it easy to adjust or cancel a subscription anytime, so I'm happy it worked out. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I've been using the products for about a month now and have seen results! My skin is softer, firmer and my dark circles are gone. I love the ease of the routine and the way my face and neck feel and look.
