Excited!!!
I’m glad you reach out to follow up on the order. I’m excited to start using all my products. So far I have started using the hair products, as well as the day night and eye collection plus scrub 😍 My only small complaint is that two items had cracked lids.

The product I purchased for aging hair…
The product I purchased for aging hair is working well. I do wish that the portion size was a bit larger for the price paid. The only issue I encountered was delayed shipping, but otherwise I'm satisfied so far and will likely purchase another round to keep up the growth I'm starting to see.

I ordered two sets of Froya Organics…
I ordered two sets of the Froya Mature Skin System, one for travel and one for home. I was very excited to try this product but unfortunately it caused my mature skin to break out. I thought I did not meet the requirements on the website for a refund, but Froya gave me a full refund anyway. Froya Customer Service is top notch.

Whilst my initial introduction to Froya and their policies around the return policy were very hard to find on the site, once I emailed them my concerns, it was attended to right away. I'm only two weeks in and I'll be sure to update this review at their 30 day deadline

Great products
I've had a good experience with Froya. The products feel great on my skin, and the customer service is very good. The only area I would flag for improvement is that the product subscription renews far too frequently. In fact—and this is actually a plus—the products are so concentrated that you only need a tiny amount per application, so they last a very long time. I had barely started using my jars when the next order arrived. I had to pause my subscription because I still had an unopened box waiting while the next one was already on its way. Customer service handled this really well, and I’m very grateful for their help. One last small note: the 'Glow Day Balm' feels wonderful, but its oily texture causes my waterproof makeup to run slightly by the end of the day. I would recommend avoiding the eye area when applying it. Other than that, everything is great! Laura B

Product nice but swiss import taxes
Product nice, but Beware Swiss Customers : Import taxes on this. I have very sensitive (and aging) skin, and I have to say, while i do get some little breakouts when i use every day, i feel like my skin is in much better condition and very happy when I use 4 or 5 days out of 7. I really love the concept and natural nature of the products, but having to pay an import tax on every order is frustrating and prohibitive.

Update, full refund and email apology from froya, I am happy to amend my score now that this has been resolved. Awful products, cancelled subscription but they are still taking money and sending me products that I will never use. Customer Service there isn’t any… AVOID

Very nice products
Very nice products, beautifully packaged but pricey. Hadn’t realised I’d signed into a subscription. Emailed to cancel & response was speedy, courteous & without fuss & subscription was cancelled. Except it wasn’t as another box arrived! As far as I know, now cancelled. However, would use again; creamy products, though, some tend to go gritty, not sure why & then difficult to use.
