★☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Absolutely the Worst Skincare Product I Have Ever Purchased! I am beyond disappointed with Frøya Organics! This is hands down one of the worst skincare products I have ever wasted my money on. I purchased these products expecting quality skincare designed to benefit aging and mature skin, particularly wrinkles, fine lines, and overall skin appearance. What I received was an expensive, heavy, greasy mess! These products do not absorb into my skin. Instead, they sit on top of it like a thick layer of grease. My skin feels coated, oily, and uncomfortable. I have noticed absolutely no improvement in my skin's appearance, texture, fine lines, or wrinkles. What is even more frustrating is that I see nothing about the ingredients or the results that convinces me these products offer meaningful anti-aging benefits. Simply coating someone's face in greasy products is NOT effective skincare for mature skin! I have used many skincare products over the years, and I can confidently say that Frøya Organics ranks at the very bottom of my list. The products are unpleasant to use, disappointing in performance, and, in my opinion, a complete waste of money. My advice to anyone with mature or aging skin: SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not be fooled by impressive marketing and promises. My experience with these products has been absolutely terrible, and I would never purchase them again. ZERO STARS if that were an option! Extremely disappointed! If you read their response they are more than willing to make it right however this is the email I received from them yesterday telling me that they couldn't help me because I had not exhausted the 60 days needed for a full refund. This company is the worst and their products are the worst. This is like pure Crisco laying on top of your skin. The absolute worst! This is their response: Cynthia, I am truly sorry to hear that the products haven't met your expectations and that you've been having such a frustrating experience with the texture. I recall our previous conversation and want you to know I’m approaching this with the same care and concern as before. Regarding your questions, you can find detailed information about our ingredients. As for the texture, our products are highly concentrated, which some find takes a bit of time to adjust to, though I completely hear that this has not been your experience. Regarding your refund request, our standard policy allows for returns of unopened, unused items from a first order within 30 days of delivery. As your order was delivered on September 10, it is now outside of that 30-day window. Additionally, our 60-day guarantee requires 60 days of consistent daily use with documented photos, which hasn't been reached yet. Because I want to ensure your request is reviewed with the compassion and attention it deserves, I have escalated this conversation to a senior team member who will follow up with you personally to discuss your situation further. Not reccommended to anyone. Its a scam. I ordered once and never again. Somehow i recieve a mail that my order is on the way. I actually never ordered a second time, so a asked my money back. They rejected. So avoid this brand!!

their customer service is horrible. Also products smell so bad and almost similar between anti-aging or wrinkle eraser. feels like almost the same formula for all the products. I felt like scam

For how much "guarantee" they advertise, if you aren't happy with the products they do everything they can to prevent returning your money. Not only that, but the atmosphere in my home changed after I opened these products, arguing and disarray, until I threw them out. Super creepy.

I would like to use their products. However each time I try to make a purchase there is a problem with my payment. Doesn’t matter which card I use, if I use Apple Pay or type it number by number. I pay without a problem on other websites. I’ve tried contacting them since September with no luck. Hopefully they will reach out to me on my review because I haven’t heard back on my e-mail or instagram.

Shocking experience - please stay away. Order number - 1508689. I decided to try these products as they kept coming up on my feed and it brought me out in a really bad rash and I’m now dealing with acne. I cancelled the subscription and weirdly I got charged again two months later! I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do as it had already been processed but they told me to refuse the order when it arrives. I redirected the order to the post office as I didn’t want the postman to just leave it and instead of arriving at the post office as it was confirmed it has been left on a random shelf somewhere. Despite contacting them three times as well as being told someone would contact me about the skin issues I have heard nothing. So I’ve now spent over £230 on products that I’ve had to go to the doctor about and ones that never arrived. I’m going to report. Please stay away.

I’m not reviewing the product per se because I haven’t used it for long enough. What I’m reviewing is Froya’s marketing practices: I never signed for a subscription as I wanted to try it first. And then I receive a message saying that a new order is on the way. I didn’t sign for a subscription, but even if I did , surely I have the right to terminate it . However when I try to terminate the site just doesn’t respond. The best I could do was to postpone the subscription for 2 months . Will keep trying. So, be aware of this marketing strategy when and if you order products. —————————- Follow-up: Managed to cancel my subscription, finally and Froya Customer Service Manager has been in touch. I have no problem with the products , as the thing that attracted me to them was the use of natural substances . But I do have a problem of being signed up without my consent. As you say it’s easier and straightforward , but only if that’s what you want . I, and customers in general, should be given the choice to be enrolled or not into a subscription. You say and I quote “ …offering auto-renew subscriptions is an industry standard for these kind of products (direct to consumer), and it is rooted in the idea of making it easy for the clients because forgetting about needing more of a certain product…” Maybe so in the USA, certainly not in Europe. Re the products, there is nothing basically wrong with your them, bar a few things that are not a deal breaker.

SCAM!!! Nothing but expensive grease and marketing hype!! Stay away!!! They also sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge and then when you see a second charge they ignore your emails to refund and if send until AFTER the order has shipped!!! There are countless experiences just like mine!!!
