I found the experience very easy to cancel I went through to the advisor who let me know that it had only just gone through to the warehouse and she would send an urgent msg and be in touch with me later.which was confirmed that I would receive my money back within 2-5 days couldn’t reccomend highly enough Thankyou

"Did you get BOTOX?!" Nope, it's Froya! 🐝🌼🌻
Wow! Amazing products and beautiful packaging. The hair treatment smells and feels great. I can't wait to see results, I am in love with the Anti-Wrinkle Face Spray, which feels so fresh and absorbs almost instantly. The day, night, and eye creams are working their magic already. My skin feels completely moisturized and has an even glow that I haven't seen in years. The best part is... ¡PEOPLE ARE NOTICING! "Did you get BOTOX?!" Nope! It's Froya! Just today, I brought the hand cream with me to work, so I will report back on that ;-) Also, the customer care team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I received a couple of my items with cracked lids, (which I am sure was due to mishandling when shipped/delivered) and the Froya support team solved my issue almost immediately. Varinea 🌻even followed up with me to make sure I was a happy camper :-) Thanks for a great experience!

Damaged Order
I received a damaged order and notified them. I submitted a few pictures of the damaged product. They immediately sent out another replacement product. Great service!!!!
