Immediate response and resolution!
What made my experience great was that their response time was quick with regards to my concern about a product. They asked questions about my concern and replied with a solution quickly. I felt listened to and appreciated as a customer. The customer service was quick to resolution and replaced my order.

Quick results after applying
As long as I have it freshly applied, my skin looks ten times better, very dewy, evened out, and the fine lines are less noticeable! When it is either all absorbed or worn off, I can't tell much of a difference from before I started using Froya, but I'm hoping with time, that will change.

I would give it 10 stars if I could…
I would give it 10 stars if I could other than the fact that it took way longer than it should have to resolve this after I reported it, but that is not the fault of this person that is a systemic problem

Unwanted subscription
By mistake I ended up with an unwanted subscription but the customer service team handled the issue very professionally and a refund was facilitated.

Customer Service gets a 5 star review from me.
My package arrived damaged and the contents inside had leaked out all over the packaging. I reached out to customer service and they responded in a timely manner and assured me that they would be sending out a replacement order. Though I have not received said order, I am confident they will follow through. As soon as I am able to try the product I will do a separate review for that.

I received the wrong product
I received the wrong product, reached out to customer service. AI was very helpful directing my issue to the appropriate department. I received the correct product two days later! Unbelievable. I love froya organic products, and will continue to support froya. Taking care of customers needs is especially important in this digital era. THANK YOU AI, JK and the froya team.
