Inutile et inefficace

For redness/rosacea-prone skin, improvements can take time, and our recommended treatment period is 60 days in order to properly assess results. Ordered the kit for mature skin..horrible!
Ordered the kit for mature skin using the subscription option to save some money. Not only didn’t it help, but I ended up with more wrinkles then when I started. I tried to cancel my subscription but wasn’t “allowed” to until I received my 2nd kit in the subscription. Disgusting company!!! Taking advantage of people.

Regarding your comment about increased wrinkles: Please note that our formulas are made with natural oils and botanicals, and they do not include ingredients known to cause wrinkles. That said, we know every skin type reacts differently, and for some customers, certain oils can feel too rich or may simply not be the right match , especially depending on skin barrier condition and climate. Too orange.
It smells amazing. But I'm very pale, and this is very orange. I look like I'm wearing bad foundation. I've only been using a tiny bit, but unfortunately it's not for me.

Just as a quick tip: even for very fair/pale skin, this can look “too orange” if too much product is applied at once. We recommend using only a tiny amount, warming it up by rubbing it between the palms/fingertips first, and then gently pressing/spreading a thin layer on the face. Nach dem Erhalt von 3 ranzig stinkenden Tiegeln, bat ich um Rückerstattung. Die Produkte riechen wirklich sehr unangenehm, zudem wirkt die gelbe Tönung auch sehr grotesk! Leider wird mir nur mitgeteilt, dass geöffnete Produkte nicht retourniert werden können. Aber wie sonst hätte ich den Geruch feststellen können. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice!

The Oompa Loompa look
Insane Glow Day Balm will leave you looking like an Oompa Loompa - not a great look. A small amount does nothing so in order to see any moisturising benefits you will need to put up with the bright orange glow. Don’t waste your money! UPDATE - Eri kindly offered me a full refund for my items and I would therefore recommend the company even though the product didn’t suit me.

Nonexistent customer service
I purchased this item knowing there was a 90 day return. I took pictures day one and by day five my skin was so dry that I was applying other moisturizers over it. I reached out to Froya via email and did not get a response. It wasn’t until my third email that they responded to me and the email actually said bot! They told me I had to continue to use it for 90 days if I wanted a refund. On my credit card bill they listed a phone number that does not work. I reached out to my credit card company and they could not get a hold of them either so my money was refunded.

The worst product and the worst company…
The worst product and the worst company to work with the product is greasy does not go into your skin. They do not stand behind their 60 day guarantee they ignore all your emails. They refuse to give you a refund because they don’t answer your emails.. beware
