Regarding timing, subscription renewals are processed automatically on the scheduled renewal date. If a skip or cancellation is made after the order has already been processed, the shipment may proceed as the fulfillment system moves quickly once an order is confirmed. Regarding the yellow tone you mentioned: this can happen if too much product is applied. The formula is highly concentrated, and only a very small, thin layer is needed. Applying a larger amount than recommended may temporarily give a yellow tint on the skin. At the time we received your message, your order had unfortunately already been processed and handed over for shipment, which meant cancellation was no longer technically possible. For that reason, our team immediately provided the return option as the fastest available solution. To clarify, our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. However, depending on DHL’s routing process, parcels may pass through Germany during transit, which can make it appear as though they were shipped from there.
