First of all, the products are amazing. I’m using skin care & hair care. Loving them both. I had a slight issue with my order (bottle had leaked in transit). They were so responsive and immediately sent me a new one. Their customer service is phenomenal and their Founder, Line, responds to messages as well. Great company, great values and amazing product line. Happy to have found them.

And I'm so sorry about the bottle leaking in transit but super glad we could get a new one out to you straight away. That's exactly how it should be handled. Thank you for this beautiful review!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
