Froya Organics are not only perfect on their products but also the costumer service was above and beyond when I needed! Fast and assertive. I forgot to skip my next order (I still have plenty product), and they were able to cancel my subscription and get my refund. So whenever I need more product I can go to their website at my conveniency.

Quick response time!
I made a mistake on my shipping address when I placed the order. I emailed them in the middle of the night, and an AI assistant took care of the issue (since it was way past business hours). The company personally replied very early in the AM to take care of it promptly. The shipping address was changed in time, crisis averted! I feel very confident in the integrity of this company! 10/10

Elana, ok this story is amazing!! A middle of the night email, an AI picking it up, then the team jumping on it first thing in the AM and getting that address changed before the order went out. Real Support
I have subscribed to Froya for the set of mature skin products for a year and find them to be gentle and helpful. I wish I’d started sooner; for reference, I’m 74. I usually am way behind on my usage/ refill rate, but have had immediate personal real-person help from Froya Support via e-mail to extend the next ship date.

Amazing Experience
Here's the thing. Their product is definitely a good one - high quality ingredients and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, my skin was sensitive to it and I couldn't use it. Their customer service is not to be believed. They were super quick, kind and gave me a full refund. I love their brand and other products and will be a customer again, for sure.
