Great Customer Support
When my product didn't arrive and the tracking updates stopped, Varinea in Froya's customer support was right on it and made me feel confident she would make sure the product got to me. Turns out it was an issue with my post office and a mail Hold gone bad. Froya is a wonderful product with a great customer support team.

Great customer support

Loving my results so far!
I’ve been using the FRØYA Organics skincare system for a little while now and I’m really enjoying it! My skin feels so good after using the products, and I’ve actually had people compliment me on how much my skin is glowing, which I definitely wasn’t expecting so soon. I also love that the routine is simple and the products feel really nice on my skin. I’m still early enough in the process that I’m excited to see what the longer-term results will be, but so far I’m very happy with my experience and plan to keep using it. ❤️

Always a Great Experience
I’ve interacted with Froya’s customer service team on a couple of occasions and each encounter has been pleasant and educational. Early on in my subscription the wrong item was sent. No problem. It was easily resolved. And don’t hesitate to ask questions. They know their products. LK in Ohio

Customer support is incredible
Customer support is incredible. Great communication. I love their products and was excited to try the hair serum. I have white hair and the serum stained it yellow so it’s best for all hair colors except white. They helped me immediately and I’m grateful. I will continue using their skin care. Thank you Froya!
