Products might be fine, but subscription model is a scam,
Products might be fine, but the subscription model feels like a scam. the Company took another 120$ from my account just 2 weeks after I received my first order - I had no clue that this was a subscription service. trying to cancel You need to go through endless steps find the unsubscribe button ... Scam by design!

Our subscription option is a choice customers actively select at checkout in order to receive the larger discount offered for recurring orders. Customers are never automatically subscribed by us. Once a subscription is created, it can be managed, skipped, or canceled at any time through the customer account page. Jeg har fået produkter som jeg ikke…
Jeg har fået produkter som jeg ikke brød mig om. Har bedt flere gange om at få mine data slettet. Hver gang er det en Ai robot jeg får svar fra. Der er trukket penge fra min konto, som jeg ikke har givet tilladelse til. Jeg ønsker heller ikke reklame. Firmaet vender ikke tilbage.

Subscription renewals are created automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it unfortunately cannot be intercepted or canceled. Customers can manage their subscription at any time through their account page, where they can pause, skip, or cancel upcoming orders. Me ha pasado lo mismo que ya he leído… cargos recurrentes
Me contestáis básicamente diciendo que no os hecho ningún pedido a vosotros porque el cargo me llega por Paypal de KNARR LLC. Lo que hagáis internamente es cosa vuestra pero los 4 botes de crema que me han llegado ya a casa (y pedí sólo 2) tienen claramente escrito FROYA ORGANICS y el pedido lo hice por vuestra web. Order #531528 confirmed El correo de confirmación de pedido me llega de: Frøya Organics Y ayer me llega otro correo vuestro cuando os pedí que cancelaseis mi supuesta suscripción. Es cierto, que me habéis confirmado por parte de las dos supuestas empresas que no me llegarán más cargos y así lo espero. Pero me estáis haciendo perder mucho tiempo. Gracias. -------------- Me ha pasado lo mismo que ya he leído en mensajes anteriores. Haces un pedido y te siguen haciendo cargos y enviándote nuevos pedidos. Intentas cancelarlos; son muy amables pero el segundo pedido no lo puedes devolver. Me ha llegado otro correo que espero no se ejecute. Me parece muy lamentable. Aun no he conseguido saber en qué punto acepté un cargo recurrente...

Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs!! Dreadful customer service and products horrible. Greasy. Dirty smell. Bright yellow!! They reckon is takes 3-4 weeks to refund order that was cancelled before shipped! I have again emailed as per response below which was a lot faster than response to emails and certainly faster than refund! Hopefully I will now receive refund. I have now been issued refund. However not sure when that would have been without response from here.

Unfortunately, these products didn’t work for me
Unfortunately, these products did not suit my skin. After using them, my skin became even drier than before. I also developed an allergic reaction in the eye area. Additionally, the color of the creams stains clothing and cannot be washed out, which is very disappointing. I wish everyone else the best of luck with using these products and hope they continue to work well for you.

Nothing special
I feel like I just wasted a lot of money for nothing. Overpriced and not worth it. Feels like vaseline, heavy and sticky, plus makes my face orange.

Beware of the "Guarantee"
Beware of the "Guarantee" – Caused breakouts in new areas I bought the starter kit based on the glowing reviews, but it was a huge mistake. I usually only break out on my jawline, but this caused bumps all over my forehead and nose, plus an increase in blackheads. To make matters worse, the "guarantee" is nearly impossible to claim. You’re required to have a "before" photo and wait 90 days to take more—I'm not going to keep damaging my skin for three months just to get my money back. Total waste of money.
