Great customer service
Had a small issue with some of the products and contacted customer support. I received an immediate response and a solution right away. The efficiency, professionalism, and reliability of the customer service honestly impressed me just as much as the products themselves. My only hope is that the product quality remains as consistent as it has been in the past, because I genuinely love the products. They are exactly what my skin needs, and I would be delighted to continue being a loyal customer for years to come.

I have been using this product for a…
I have been using this product for a year and love, truly love it. It lasts a long time! So much so that I dont need my full line refilled. I missed the email notification that my subscription was coming up. It filled this morning. I reached out and had prompt response and necessary email correspondence to get this canceled and refunded. Truly delightful. I higher recommend the company for its quality products, its creative/ inspiring emails as well as prompt and efficient customer service!
