Literally been using for about a month and two weeks in I was getting compliments on my skin and questions asking what I was doing. I’ll be honest I take really good care of my skin and got compliments before as well. BUT I’ve stopped wearing foundation and only using the day balm and people are always asking now. :)

When I got my order everything was in perfect condition except the shampoo had opened and had leaked. They responded immediately and sent over a replacement shampoo. Excellent customer service.

This review is specifically for Froya's customer support. I contacted them about a large air pocket in my balm jar, which made it appear less than half full. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded, especially on a non-business day. Their communication was transparent, professional, and helpful, and they arranged a replacement balm without any hassle. I haven't tried the products yet, so I can't review them at this point, but based on my customer service experience alone, I'm very impressed and looking forward to using them.
