I wanted to share feedback on my recent experience with customer support. While the day & night balms unfortunately weren’t for me, your customer support team—specifically Ale—was outstanding. They were patient, communicative, and made the return process completely painless. I may not buy this product again, but the quality of your service left a great impression.
Response from Froya OrganicsOct 3, 2026
Hey there, thank you for taking the time to write something this thoughtful even though the balms weren't the right fit for your skin. That part always gives me a bit of a pang, but I'm really glad Ale made the return process smooth and painless, that's exactly how it should be. We never want a return to be a hassle on top of a product not working out. Really appreciate you giving us a shot. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Products are incredible, despite me holding off for literal years because I hated the marketing so much. But I guess it worked because I finally bought some and....now have a subscription. Also, the customer service was absolutely lovely.
Response from Froya OrganicsOct 3, 2026
Haha, this made me laugh, I appreciate you giving us a shot despite the marketing! Really glad the products won you over enough to start a subscription, and that the customer service side was lovely too. Welcome to the crew!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Jason Mick did a good job answering my questions regarding the return policy. I need to mention, that as a consumer who found scent sensitivities, I’m not sure how a first-time customer can try your product AND return it unopened. Thank you!
Response from Froya OrganicsOct 3, 2026
Hey Tracy, thanks for this, and really appreciate you flagging that concern. Glad Jason could help answer your questions about the return policy. That's such a fair point about scent sensitivities, trying a product you can't test beforehand is tricky, and I'll make sure that feedback gets passed along to the team. Thanks for taking the time to share it. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
