I received my order the other day and was troubled when I opened my package to find that one of the products had leaked quite a bit from shipping. I took a picture and notified Froya Organics Support right away. I received an email the very next morning telling me that they were sorry that I had received my product in that condition and a new one would be sent out right away. I am so grateful for a company that respects their customers so greatly. Thank you, Froya Organics for caring!

I ordered 2 different products from Froya having seen some great reviews on Instagram. After I placed my order I received a confirmation and then a few days later i received another email requesting some information due to a customs block - I was a bit suspicious of this so I contacted the support email to understand if the request was geniune. I was replied to almost instantly from Erikah who immediately put me at ease and assured me the email was genuine, she checked and had the confirmation from their warehouse. I provided the info as requested and Eri followed up with me after - it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare with the customs block and the issues seem to stem from the carrier not providing accurate information however what I can say is that Eri kept me updated and reassured throughout. Eventually it looked like the package was going to be returned due to the block and Eri organised a refund for me, she even offered to send another product to me using a different carrier to see if this was a better service. I have now received the original package and the products are so far lovely to use but the real highlight here has been Eri, she has been kind and courteous throughout the whole experience and worked hard to ensure I had a good experience despite the carrier issues. She is an absolute asset to Froya and I hope as a company they continue to see the value in having such employees on staff. I will definitely order again in future!
