To my surprise this is a great balm
To my surprise this is a great balm. And I do feel that it has softened the little lines around my mouth. For me I really like using it as an extra layer of moisture particularly as we head into the colder drier months

Great customer service …
I recently reached out to Froya Organics with some concerns about the products I purchased, and I was really impressed with how quickly Ale responded. Ale was incredibly helpful, understanding and professional, and she offered a very fair resolution to my concerns. Her customer service was excellent and really made a difference to my experience. While the products themselves weren’t quite right for me, I really appreciate the way Ale handled my feedback. Excellent customer service — thank you, Ale! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service
I emailed them asking to cancel after the 1st shipment even though it says I can only cancel after the 2nd shipment. They cancelled it for me. Happy with their customer service.

Supportive and understanding
Love Froya Organics and have been using it consistently but it’s so true, I need so little of it I don’t need to be ordering so often as I have an excess! I contacted Froya support and they were very responsive and able to help me out so I can keep enjoying the product in just the right amount! I love this day balm
I love this day balm - have my fourth one now Gives my skin a glow , moisturizing and easy to apply and can pretty much skip foundation
