I do like it
I do like it, it gives a nice glow BUT... my skin is terribly oily and doesn't soak in the product enough in the day time. I look like a fried chip !

There are no miracles and this is no…
There are no miracles and this is no miracle cure for wrinkles. No change whatsoever in my facial lines after two and half months of use. The night cream and eye cream are nice to use, the day balm is too orange, the glow you get is from that rather than glowing from within. My skin is nicely hydrated but, yes, absolutely no change to my wrinkles or facial lines.

Well marketed but poor product
Despite following all instructions given by the AI response, my skin is extremely dry and tight. No improvements seen. Leaves stains on clothing.

These reviews are all about customer…
These reviews are all about customer service and not the products. I'd like to see reviews about the actual products before I order. Do you send trial sizes please? Thanks x So because I've given a 3 start review they want to remove it. Unless I respond with a reference number which they haven't given me. Bewarea!?

I see no difference after a month
Ordered the set with day and night and a u def eye cream and face wash. Been using it for about a month now and have to say I see no difference at all. Maybe skin is softish but it appears to be another product promising results it can’t give. Had hi hopes but should have saved my money.

Giorno e notte
Non mi sembrano prodotti adatti all'estate o all'uso diurno. Sulla mia pelle olivastra rilasciano un tono arancione davvero difficile da stendere e uniformare. A differenza di quanto promette la pubblicità, non ho notato risultati. Do comunque tre stelle in attesa di testarli nella stagione fredda, dove magari la resa sarà migliore. (Testati balsamo giorno e notte)

The human customer service was…
The human customer service was delightful, informative, and helpful. However, the ai service not froze every single time I tried to enter the code sent to my email to verify my identity. Since this is a review of the entire process, I have to say I was aggravated by the ai bot and had to send an email instead. The email was also ai and could only perform a couple items before, thankfully, sending the issue to a live customer service person. Then the issue was solved almost immediately and in a very friendly manner.
