Hei Heather & Jhon, We only sell on our website froyaorganics.com and on Amazon on our Froya Organics storefront, so please don't fall for countefeiters trying to lure you over, buy authentic. Links not working shortly after being provided is definitely a red flag and an easy tell of a fake website. We can try to give it a look with an order number and we'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience. If you're willing, please allow our Customer Support team to contact you directly so we can better understand your concerns and see how we can help. Rest assured that we are a human operation and the actual conversation happens internally when we are given the opportunity to make things right for our community, and we look forward to working with you to resolve this the best way possible. We are also available at [email protected]. Kind regards, Frøya Organics
