I’ve been using these products for 3 months
I’ve been using these products for three months and it’s obvious they are healing my skin. I made a mistake in my order, and the team responded promptly and resolved the issue. I was happy with the outcome. These are truly great products.

Order error
Made an error with first order , I was promptly refunded. Second order had to change delivery date June to Aug , that was answered promptly. Good customer service and ease in communicating .Thank you !

I absolutely love these products
I absolutely love these products! I find them a little heavy of if I plan to wear makeup, but I use the nightly products and can notice smoother skin after 2 weeks!

My skin has never been happier
I am allergic to a long list of items that are commonly found in cosmetics and skincare products. So finding skin care items that I don’t have a reaction to has been a very long, expensive and frustrating experience. But I am more than happy to say that the products from Frøya have been absolutely wonderful and my skin loves them. The quality ingredients is evident and the fact that my skin is not having an allergic reaction and seems to be very happy.

I like the feel of the balm
I like the feel of the balm . That it is actually doing something and not just sliding around my face like cream does .

I’m satisfied with all the products
I’m satisfied with all the products. I am just not sure about the continuing of the subscription as I still have a lot left. I am considering some more hair products when my current ones will finish. I have always been using the natural products, so the effects are not that big, but big and enough.

I had an issue with a product I bought…
I had an issue with a product I bought from Froya, and they responded very promptly, and immediately offered to send a replacement. I really appreciated their trust and support. Beautiful products and great service! TW
