Amazing customer service
I am so thrilled with the customer service I received recently from Froya. They replied immediately to my query and resolved without an issue. They went above and beyond and I’m very grateful. I have only used their mature skin pack for around 3 weeks and already have noticed improvement to my skin. I look forward to using long term and would gladly recommend to others.

LOVE this product.
The products came SUPER fast. I had forgotten to apply a discount and was credited the amount - thank you!! Just tried one of the creams and wow. A little goes a long way, and I can tell I’m slowly turning into a Viking ⛵️ It smells so earthy and divine and clean. Love it!!

I recently needed to make contact with…
I recently needed to make contact with customer services about a query with my order. My query couldn't be resolved quickly but Anjelika took ownership from the beginning, responded quickly with an update each time I contacted her and saw the query through to resolution. I am very grateful to have been given such good service.

Very trustworthy company
Very trustworthy company. Timely and attentive customer service for any and all concerns… Great product too! i just don’t like auto subscriptions and prefer to order as needed.
