Unbelievable Customer Support
I have used Froya products here in Canada for some time and have never had to reach out with an issue until recently. My order of their hair and scalp shampoo arrived "wet" as somehow somewhere, the pump was switched to the on position and was depressed somewhere in transit. A small amount in both bottles had leaked. I send Froya and note explaining the situation not expecting a reply as I was writing to notify them for reference only. Their reply was almost immediate and other than asking for photos (fair enough), they replaced the two bottles with two more. Above and beyond customer service!! Now along with the most amazing hair and scalp product on the planet, I have double the reason to support this trustworthy and caring company and to recommend it to one and all.
