I would like to thank the Froya customer service team for their excellent support and Varinea for her assistance. I accidentally subscribed when placing my first order and only realized it when a second payment was taken from my account. When I contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and immediately helped me cancel the subscription. Later, when I noticed that I had never received the second package, I contacted them again. They investigated the issue, found that the parcel had been returned to them, and promptly issued a full refund without any hassle. Throughout the entire process, the team was responsive, professional, understanding, and solution-oriented. I truly appreciate their efficiency and the way they handled my situation.
