I really appreciate the products at Froya. They have made a big difference in skin’s hydration and the muscle balm has eased my post surgical pain nicely. Their customer service team is incredibly helpful and very prompt. I definitely recommend this great company!

Fantastic, quick customer support! Unfortunately I had to cancel my order, but I received a very prompt, polite email back saying, “no worries”- and everything was being taken care of. This company and its service employees obviously truly care - not only about their products & business- but their customers and caring for their needs -even when that means canceling an order- so gracious and kind! I had placed an order and decided a few hours later that I had changed my mind for my own personal reasons. I emailed them and was immediately answered. They were able to cancel my order and assist me with any other questions. They also offered more information on their products in case I was hesitant for any of those reasons (I was not) 10/10 recommend excellent customer service

I love the products and had an issue with over ordering. I contacted the support email and was answered and the issue resolved within minutes. Been using the night and day balm both for 10 weeks and see an improvement in the hydration and texture of my skin. I’m very pleased. Bought a set for a friend as well. Thank you!

I can see a difference. My skin is smoother and looks very refreshed and healthy. My forehead does not need Botox at this point and it has been a year! However, I wish the lines on the side of my mouth would be less noticeable. And, I wish my jaw line was firmer. Almost all the red places on my face have dissipated and that is a wonderful surprise. I have had many compliments on my skin and my friends are ordering and trying it for themselves.
