I have ordered several products now from Froya which I have shared with friends and we have all been very happy with the results. My most recent order arrived in good time but was, unfortunately, not the product I had ordered. I reached out to Froya immediately through their appropriate channels with photos of my original order and the products which I had received. Froya responded promptly reassuring me that my correct order was now on its way. No drama at all, which is so nice! Thanks Froya, very happy :) JenA

It also means a lot that you keep coming back and sharing Frøya with your friends, that's the best kind of compliment. Enjoy your order! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Customer Service was outstanding. Replies were swift - I have never experienced such speedy responses from any other customer service departments. All representatives were sympathetic and quick with solutions. Even responded on the weekend!! Will not hesitate from ordering from froyaorganics.com again.

I was skeptical at first, given the small size of the product. However, I have been impressed beyond words. Such a little amount is needed to apply, it emulsifies beautifully. The products leave my skin so soft and supple with zero heaviness, zero outbreaks. My skin tone is evening out, as well.
Response from Froya OrganicsOct 6, 2026
Thank you so much for this, Heidi! We love that a little goes such a long way, that's exactly how our formulas are designed to work. So glad your skin is feeling soft and even with zero breakouts, that's wonderful to hear. Thanks for giving us a shot even with the skepticism!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I placed my order and accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. I emailed Froya and they responded immediately, and kept me updated as they tried to change the address on my order. They were able to successfully change it, which was amazing. I haven’t tried their product yet, but they get an A+ for customer service! -KG

Hi Kathryn, so glad our team could catch that address change in time, that could have been a stressful mix up otherwise! Thank you for the A+ rating on customer service, we really appreciate it. Hope you love the product just as much once it arrives! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
