These products are really nice and have helped quite a bit with some winter dryness I was dealing with. They work very well with or without makeup and the face wash/scrub leaves my skin feeling very clean and soft without any irritation. I simply cannot go without washing my face at least once a day, which is why I left one star off this review. I tried it for a couple of days, and my skin got so dirty feeling and looked textured and greasy. I often use water only in the mornings and use the face scrub 2-3 times per week as recommended, but I MUST wash my face every night, regardless of whether I have been wearing makeup that day. I use a plant oil based micellar cleanser which takes everything off without stripping my skin. I am about 2 weeks into this routine using the Froya acne system and am very pleased with how my skin is responding. I am currently dealing with a moderately severe hormonal breakout along my jaw, for which I am still using some more traditional acne treatments ( benzoyl peroxide and sulfur based spot treatments, pimple patches because I am a picker so sue me), but the Froya system has worked very well along with these other products, and am very close to giving it the old college try with Froya only as the worst of this breakout heals. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of this product. Love the tins and they aren’t lying when they say a little goes a long way!

I'll first say that I really do like the products. You really only need a teeny-tiny bit, so they do last. They feel and smell great. I can't say that I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. However, their methods of promoting their goods are scammy, to say the least. There is a perpetual "sale" happening. They are always trying to get you to buy while also saying things are constantly selling out. The product instructions say things like to never use anything else, including sunscreen (which is terrible advice). Their "guarantee" is pretty strict - you have to take a "before" photo and use the products for 60 full days before they will refund you. I thought about making this a 3-star review, but I do actually like what I purchased.

I chose this because it's natural #1. I think it's been about 3 weeks using this product and I've noticed that I now don't wear makeup during the day because of how nice my skin looks. Cutting down on buying skincare products has saved me $$. I had some hyperpigmentation and notice more even skin toner and brightness to my complexion. I'm looking forward to seeing how my skin changes in the next months.

This has definitely helped my skin no doubt about it. I also enjoy the simplicity of the regimen and taking a lot less time to do skin care. I do not like the new glass jars as opposed to the tins though. The two reasons are that they are more prone to breaking and also the fact that the products say on them to keep them in the dark. With metal tins keeping them in the dark is absolutely no issue. I’ve had to put tape around the glass jars to keep the light out which is annoying since I can no longer read the labels about which is which. Last but not least I understand the formula has been “updated” but have yet to be informed how or what changes were made. I’d love to hear what about the product has changed and hopefully the quality is not now different or less since this brand has become so popular. Thank you!

The customer service is amazing! I inadvertently ordered 2 kits. When I realized this, I immediately emailed customer service to let them know. Within 30 minutes I received a reply from Froya customer service saying they would refund the second charge. I haven't received the products, yet, but if they are as great as the customer service, I will be very happy.

I love how the products make my skin feel. It's too soon to see drastic results in my appearance, but I'm very happy with how the products feel. My only request is that the product come with more clear instructions about how and when to use them. The font on the labels is super tiny and hard to read, and the box only talks about the ingredients and their quality, not instructions for use.

The product is awesome! I love the tins and the presentation that is infused with 'goddess' energy. I keep the box open to enjoy the lavender glow! I just wish it didn't have customs fees in shipping to Canada

Customer response was personal and quick. The lotion is expensive, and did not cure my eczema, but so far it's been the only thing to touch it. I'd guess the lotion is about as effective as topical steroids, without the nasty withdrawal.
